dane wash 250 is an in-line ink and stencil re¬moval unit, constructed to medium and larger-size customers. It has a fully automated, totally closed cleaning system. The frames are cleaned thoroughly and effectively in a single working process. By adding dane frame magazines, the dane wash 250 can run fully automatic.

They are constructed on a strictly environmental basis and all materi¬als used are chemically fully resistant, durable and thoroughly tested. All chemicals used are re-circulated in a closed system – thus securing an environment friendly working area.
The number ‘250’ denotes the speed of a frame through the machine, i. e. delivery of 250 mm clean frame per minute.
dane wash 250 has been developed on the basis of our experience achieved with the dane wash 380.
