dane exposure is a compact in-line scanning exposure unit, that provides a consistent and precise exposure of direct emulsions and capillary stencils. It is equipped with photo-integrator, a volt-compensator and a unique system for controlling the nano-meter measurements and straightening out the light. It constructed to be of the highest quality and has an excellent capacity requiring only a minimal amount of space.

Operation

dane exposure incorporates the latest PLC technology, which gives the operator an easy and practical machine to handle. Based on the innovative technology incorporated in the dane exposure, it provides many possibilities of adjusting the machine to your production.

Construction

The basic construction is manufactured of high-grade stainless steel and can be produced in various sizes to meet your specifications. The machine is manufactured according to CEN NORM 1010-1/2 and is CE-marked.
