dane wash 125 is a compact in-line ink and stencil removal system and fits perfectly into the production of medium-size companies. It is exceedingly popular and one of our best selling machines. It was designed and based on the same technology as our 380 series and it provides the same efficient cleaning result in the totally closed cleaning system. The dane wash 125 is designed to work in conjunction with other dane systems and can run completely automatically when connected to dane frame magazines.

Facts

dane wash machines are a real market success. They are constructed on under strict environmental criteria and all materials used are fully chemically resistant, durable and thoroughly tested. All chemicals used are re-circulated in a closed system – thus securing an environmently friendly working area. The number ‘125’ denotes the speed of a frame through the machine i. e. delivery of 125 mm clean frame per minute. The first compact model of dane wash was delivered in 1993 and the very first machines constructed are still in operation, every day!
